Your decision to invest in our training reflects trust in our expertise. If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, we believe you deserve a fair and transparent resolution.
1. How to Request a Refund or Batch Change
To request a refund or change your training batch, please email:

- For live sessions, requests must be made within the first few hours of joining and before any certificate is issued.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days and returned to your original payment method.
2. Refund Guidelines
a) Online Programs
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to evaluate the program.
- You may request a refund within this period for any reason.
- Refunds will not be granted if you have:
- Completed the course, or
- Received your certificate (PDU/contact hours)
This ensures fairness while protecting the value of our training.
b) Live / Classroom Training
Cancellation (By You)
- If you cancel at least 7 days before the training, you may:
- Request a full refund, or
- Transfer to the next available batch (subject to availability)
Cancellation by Topslink
training session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You are entitled to a 100% refund, or
- Option to reschedule to another batch
You will be notified in advance.
3. Rescheduling (Postponement)
No refund is offered if you don’t intimate us or don’t show up on the day of the workshop. Informing one day before the class is also considered No show and no refund is offered in such cases.
4. Last minute cancellation or no-shows
All rights, title, and interest in the Website, Services, and Content are exclusively owned by Topslink Consults / Topslink Learning Solution.
This Agreement grants you only a limited right to use the Content and does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
5. Content/Trainer quality
We stand behind the quality of our expert-led training.
- You may evaluate the training until the first-day break/session window
- If you feel the delivery does not meet expectations, you may:
- Request a 100% refund, and
- Exit the program
This reflects our commitment to delivering real value.
6. Other Requests
Your use of the Website and Services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant certification training course.
7. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days (for online programs)
- Course completion or certificate issuance
- No-shows or late cancellations for live sessions
These conditions align with standard training practices and ensure fairness to all participants.
8. Special Support & Assurance
For selected programs, Topslink may offer additional support such as:
- Free retake support sessions
- Access to future training batches
- Additional coaching or guidance
Specific details will be provided within the respective program.

Q: How long does it take to process refunds?
A: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Q: Will someone contact me after I request a refund?
A: We may reach out to understand your feedback and improve our services—not to pressure you.
Q: Can I enroll again after requesting a refund?
A: Absolutely. You are always welcome to join any of our future programs.
Q: Will I still access free resources after a refund?
A: Yes. You can continue accessing our free content, webinars, and community resources.
